Welcome to Nuorgam to hold your meeting or celebrate your special occasion amidst stunning, open fell landscapes!

For meetings and seminars, you can choose the space, catering and, if needed, accommodation that best suit your needs.

We also offer excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and hiking, as well as unique experiences all year round.

Our facilities are well suited to a wide range of events and gatherings of different sizes. Over the years, we have hosted christenings, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, graduation celebrations, weddings, memorial services and Christmas parties, among other occasions.

Meeting room

Hilla

The space is designed for meetings of small groups and teams. Hilla is a peaceful meeting room suitable for groups of up to 18 people, with 12–16 people being the ideal group size. The meeting room also has a small kitchen that can be used as a breakout space.

Catering for the meeting day can be arranged directly in the meeting room, in the adjacent kitchen, or at Restaurant Suvanto, located in the main building.

The dining room in the Café-Restaurant is generally available for private events only outside regular opening hours, depending on the season.

The space is best suited for meetings of up to approximately 40 people. For other private events and celebrations, the space can accommodate approximately 60 people.

Dinner

Meetings can also be concluded with a shared dinner. The minimum group size for dinner is 20 people. Dinner includes a starter, bread and spreads, a main course and dessert, with water served as the beverage. Depending on the group size, dinner is served either at the table or as a buffet. Our restaurant is also fully licensed to serve alcoholic beverages.

Dinner at kota

A warm and atmospheric evening in our traditional kota is the perfect way to round off a successful meeting, seminar or team day. A kota dinner is suitable for groups of 12–20 people. Ask us about the possibility of arranging a memorable dinner in the kota.

Offers and bookings

Feel free to request an offer and tell us about your plans for your meeting or event! We tailor all private events and meetings to your specific needs and prepare a personalised proposal accordingly.

We can also accommodate multi-day meetings and seminars, offering groups accommodation, dinners and additional services such as airport transfers and guided activities.

The final confirmation of the number of participants, times and any food allergies must be provided no later than 7 days before the event, at which point the booking becomes binding. The charge will be based on the confirmed number of participants, with a minimum charge for 12 people for meeting catering.
